Welcome to the Thomas Point Beach Bluegrass Festival 2023.
We had a blast this year capturing all kinds of video, from Jam Circles to Gatherings, to Drone Footage of the vanue, as well as a lot of other stuff that I hope you find will bring back some memories from 2023.

Dance Of The Chairs
The above video is the annual Dance Of The Chairs where festival goers will eventually line up all around the seating area waiting to be place their chairs in just the right place for the festival. The video is a Time Lapse leading up to the dance just as the Towne Crier announces the availability of the seating area.
2023 Opening Ceremony
The above video was from the opening ceremony on Thursday to welcome the festival goers, and to announce the opening of the festival. This video features some wonderful singers singing the Canadian and American National Anthems.
Why Attend The Festival???
.As the festival went on I walked around asking festival goers why they were attending and what they thought of the festival and it’s staff. This video complies some of the responses I got. At the end of the day, it is the people, musicians, campground, and the staff that keep people coming back year after year.

On my first night roaming around the campsites I came across this august group of musicians that I thought were a group named Sawyer. Then I found out that the fiddle player hung the sign in the tent to memorialize a friend named Zoel Sawyer that had past on. So I named this tent the Sawyer Memorial Jam Tent.
